In the fantasy tale of Corina, we meet Eternal, a higher spiritual being who guides Corina through the feelings of suffering, bullying, and, ultimately, forgiveness.
We all have our own Eternal in our hearts, and our own Eternal knows us very well, guides us, and teaches us the right way. We usually don?t see Eternal from the outside, but we can access Eternal from within.
One of the ways to meet or access our own Eternal is by closing our eyes and clearing our head. First, we breathe just like we were shown in Corina, Little Ray of Light and begin focusing on the center of our head. Once there, imagine your own Eternal, and try to listen quietly; you may be surprised by what you discover.
Talking to our own Eternal is kind of talking to ourselves. We must ensure that we are in a good state of mind before contacting Eternal. That means happy, not crying or worried about anything. Make sure of this. And you must clear your head with the picture exercise you?ve learned in the story. Once you are there, in the presence of your own Eternal, quietly try to sense, feel and most importantly, listen. You can ask questions like, how am I feeling? Why is that? What can I do better for myself? Why are others bothered by these feelings? Remember, your thoughts and emotions at any time must come from the heart, not your head, the heart. So many fun questions that you can ask Eternal and yourself, and this is by far the best way to start using your inner wisdom.
