One of the most beautiful and easy gestures I have learned after all these years is placing my hand in my heart. When I do that, something unique happens. I automatically connect with my heart, and then magic happens. It is a beautiful feeling. It provides me with understanding and compassion and allows me to think with just a little bit more wisdom.
